Users may submit content such as company descriptions, statements, photos, or search/folder activity. By submitting content, you grant Complexity a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the operation and promotion of the platform.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, with or without notice, including for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, we reserve the right to delete any data associated with your account, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Service, including software, branding, design, and content (excluding user content), are owned by Complexity LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Complexity LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Texas.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
